Hi, I’m Monica.

I’m the photographer behind Monica Monique Photography, but most people just call me Moe. I’m here to help you feel seen, celebrated, and completely at ease in front of the camera. Whether you're planning something big or simply want to honor this moment in your life, I want your photos to feel like you.

How I Got Started

Photography started as something I did for fun. I would take pictures of my family and friends, and also for my high school yearbook back in 2016. Over time, it became more than that and MMP was born. Today, I specialize in portraits that feel relaxed and authentic.

What You Can Expect Working With Me

I’ll guide you when you need it and step back when you’re in your flow. Whether it’s your first time in front of a camera or your tenth, my goal is the same: for you to walk away feeling confident and excited about what we created together.

I aim to capture what it felt like to be there, not just how it looked.

When we work together, you’re getting more than a gallery of edited images. You’re getting thoughtful planning, creative direction, and intentional storytelling. I take time to learn what matters most to you!

A Little Bit Mo(re) about Moe

Part of me truly believes that if photographers came with a starter pack, it would include an unlimited supply of coffee. Like many of my fellow creatives, I’m a total latte fiend.

I’m almost always laughing. I grew up in a family full of jokesters, so I’ve got a soft spot for a solid joke and a good comedy movie—bonus points if it’s hilariously bad.

My fiancé and I met in college running track together, but we didn’t start dating until my senior year. You could say my job wasn’t the only thing keeping me around (if you know what I mean)

Photography isn’t my only job. I graduated with a degree in communications and spent a couple of years in the journalism world before shifting into digital marketing. Now, I’m lucky to have two creative careers that complement each other—and a flexible schedule that lets me fully show up for my photography clients with the time and attention they deserve
